1) She may be able to apply and get a GREEN CARD and you can hang in there with her in USA.

Everyone applies and gets a visa to visit Canada too. I am sure that she said that she is not married and obtained a visitor's visa.

Situations do change and now when she applies for a PR, she will have to provide all of the details in her application and say when she got married and on what day. At that time when she makes a statement, what she states on her application SHOULD jibe with the facts as written in the MARRIAGE PAPERS. (Marriage Certificate should state the same.)

You better have all of the facts in chronological order to back everything up with photos and witnesses, to coincide with the facts.
(Are you feeling the heat already?)

2) Who cares. You both are in Canada, once you enter, stay here till everything gets resolved. Give about TWO years.

3) Minimum TWO long years. Others will be in a better position to answer. There is a thread posted here, read the material and make a note and see the delays encountered by others.
