It's hard to get an H1B in USA, so not trying in Canada.

Click on EACH Number on the left hand side. It will open up with all of the details with explanation of that particular NOC Class. Please see which of these classes YOU qualify to get into.
You might qualify for a job in MORE THAN One number. So, see which ones are those and make a note, then you know you stand a very good chance to get selected by them in at least one category. That is a PLUS.
IF YOU SCORE 65 points or more, I am sure you have a lot of skills. You know your WORK EXPERIENCE, I am sure, it will get you into Canada under some number.
