Hi, I am from India and currently on my work permit in Canada and my PR is currently In process. Recently I got engaged and I did my court marriage. My actual religious marriage is 4 months from now. I want to add her application to my application. Is it a correct idea to have her added to my application now. Since I have already started processing my PR application, please help me how to handle it now. Do we need to provide the marriage photos as proofs. If so within what time we need to provide the photos.

You have applied for your PR and you have copies of all of the documents and the FEE payment details with you here in Canada.

You were present there at the Court Marriage and there were witnesses who signed the documents and you also had a group there and you have Pictures of the same. (It was not a proxy wedding?)

The best thing for you to do is get all of the details that you can from the Indian end and start preparing her application, just like you did yours from here. Get ready for a printout, just in case the screen does not reboot.
Also evaluate her scores with education, age and professional qualifications, work experience, etc., and also see if she has a chance of getting into Canada on her own with a good score and see her job prospects in the current NOC class.
In your submission for the PR, on top of the application there is a NUMBER that identifies your application as yours. Based on this, with a covering letter and with your spouses application and her ID Number (From the top of her Application), link both of the applications with a covering letter.
I know you do not have the copies etc., of her Birth Certificate, Qualifications, Passport etc., here. But see if you can some how raise them from here and get the application filled to a "T". Then help her fill out the same from the Indian end. Also ask her to retain sufficient copies there at her end for future use.
Now here is a small tip. With all of the filing from there (As it calls for her signature and copies of all of the documents) and with a copy from you, linking her application to yours with a covering letter and FEES Etc., you have done the best you can from here as you DO NOT HAVE A FILE NUMBER. And if you do then you can do the linking too with the same covering letter.
"DO ALL OF THIS AS SOON AS YOU CAN", Sooner the better. She has to be submitting her application along with yours to get her in without any hindrance, and prior to you obtaining your PR. Also provide a few pictures at that juncture to link the TWO applications and the APPLICANTS TOO. These are the pictures that you currently have.
After FOUR Months, you will have all of the opportunities to submit many more pictures. You will have to start a diary of events with cross reference to all of the e-mails, conversations, other links that you BOTH have established AS spouse with time and dates and COPIES OF the same in a Chronological order. (Drop a post card and a letter too from both ends once a week or so.). Do this from both ends. Note down the time there in India.
You might also have an opportunity to get her Passport changed to the Married name, if that is what you both have in mind. There is sufficient time to accomplish all of this with in the next four months.
Once all of these are accomplished, "SHE should apply for a Visa for her entry into Canada with a OPEN WORK PERMIT". She will need all of the work permit details and the employers details of yours too. Ask your employer to provide her with an invitation to join you here in Canada. All this is getting done while all of these applications and papers are still in process, so that she can not only join you here, she can start work too if she so desires upon her entry here, into Canada.
All of the Medicals for the Immigration could be completed here when the PR systems calls for one.
Inform your Employer and the Immigration Canada with the change of status; to MARRIED, as soon as you can.
FH
Edit : She will only get a PROBATIONERY PR for the first TWO YEARS.
