I have been using the Nexus 4 for the last month - pretty impressed. For $350.00 + tax you get top of the line Google phone unlocked and no contracts working on GSM + AWS...frequencies.

It is currently back on sale in Canada or you can buy it from US Google store (need to order from within US) for cheaper shipping and tax.

Being a google device, you qualify for the latest android updates without being blocked by your carrier...

If that does not work , u can always turn off the phone lol..

Yes Nexus 4 directly from Google is a very goo option .However when I checked last , it was unavailable ..Will check again ....Thanks for the tip of getting it from the US ...

It is available for pre-booking just now and will probably ship in 3-4 weeks. But I believe the US store has quicker and cheaper shipping.

There u go again talking without ur glasses.. lumia 710 is a Windows Phone..

Go and google lumia 710 battery problems, make sure u have ur glasses to read the complaints.

I think u deserves that phone, go for it..

OK - replace the 'android' with 'mobile device ' and picture yourself ...

Doesn't matter if its a windows phone or an android - the basics of mobile devices remain the same -- if you do not manage the back ground processes well , the battery will drain out faster .....

Its better to talk w/o glasses than speaking with eyes closed !! .....
