My sister's family is in India. I want my sister's son to visit Toronto during this summer. He is studying in third year medical in Ukraine. What documents should I be sending? Any sample invitation letter would help. Who should I address the invitation letter. I am a Canadian citizen well settled with a public sector job. I have my own property. I have following documents.

-T4 2012-13
-Pay stubs
-Job letter
-Utility bills
-Tax bills

You can do the following:

1. Write a letter of Affidavit ... and address consulate. It will include your address, citizenship status, financial staus and info related to the visit and your promise that you will take care of him during his stay in Canada. You will also state that his visit is temporary.
2. Get it attested by commissioner of Affidavits or Notary
3. Include copy of Passport, Job letter, current T4, recent Notice of Assessment, Bank letter showing good balance ( you do not need to keep the money). don't send utility bills


Your nephew will have his usual documentation and include thee above documents from your side.
