My parents (father ,mother )applied for Super visa , after 2 weeks They got a letter in the email asking for Medical exam for only my mother and not for my father

I have submitted the online inquiry , as to why medical was not sent for my father and I have no-reply for the last 4 weeks now, We submitted a letter stating that my father did not receive medical exam and still no response

Application date : March End

Not sure else we can do.

Please help.

I hope your parents have their Super visa by now.
One of the requirements is to have medical insurance from a Canadian insurance provider.
