BlueL You hit the nail in the coffin..
Some people will say 1 lakh salary is a great salary in india, other will says it is OK or too low..
Some people will say 90K is a great salary in Canada , others will says it is nothing compared to what 1 lakh in india will get u..
I totally agree, the choice is based on individual preference rather than any objective criteria..
90K salary sitting in india seems too good to be true.. In todays canadian job market for a canada based company to go to so much trouble to hire a person from India that person has to have some unique skills. In the past these kind of offers were common especially in IT but nowadays they are becoming very very rare even in IT.
I would suggest the OP pay some attention into validating the genuineness of the company and the offer.

You're holding a peda in your hand and enjoying it. Someone far away offered you a gulab jamun, but you have to move for that. Now you're asking the forum, "Will I like the gulab jamun? Should I move and will it be better than the peda I am enjoying right now?"
People who like peda more will reply "No". People who like gulab jamun more will say "Yes". Either way, it is a subjective answer and nobody knows if you will be happier here or there.
My advice is if you're content with your life in India, stay put. The only reason for risking it would be if you're missing something important in your life there. I haven't seen anything like that called out in your posts yet.

Just another thing to the OP regarding his parents' visitor Visa .. Going by what I have seen recently amongst people in similar situation , there should not be a problem to have them here for 6 months .
Another add on .. I have come across at least 6-8 similar cases in recent times and all have applied for PR and none has returned ..Apparently all are happy with their choice .... A couple of them do plan to return though after saving for 2-3 years .

Fido.
What I would suggest is - that if the offer is good and legit - then go for it. Grab the opportunity with both hands. If nothing - it will give you international exposure and widen your views. Then off course there is the bragging rights - if you go back to India. Do some related course/diploma here in Canada - which will add to make your resume more attractive and demand higher pay in India.
Live a life. No risk no gain. It is not such a tough decision. When one comes here with a job - life and settling is ok. You will learn everything along the way. We all did. Internet is your best friend.
Come with an open mind. Make all life changing decisions - after you have experienced it first hand. Come here - stay here for a couple of years - do a lot of sightseeing in Canada and the US.
All the best!!!!!
