Hi there,
I had applied for sponsoring my mother in 2009 and received a letter regarding the next step.I just wanted your help in knowing
1.If she needs to have a PCC from Canada too, since she did stay with us for 1 year on visit in 2010 and if yes how do i apply.
2.Have I to put Immigration Canada address for processing...since we have applied for the immigration while she was here with us in Canada.
3.Once i have theses papers sent what would be the next step
Thank you for your time and help in advance!!

1. You can get the Police clearance from RCMP - link - http://www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/cr-cj/fing-empr2-eng.htm. You can also try to get it from your local police office and they will guide you.
2. You need to include Canadian residence address for that particular year of stay in application.
3. Wait and wait to get approval from CIC Mississauga. Thereafter, either the file will be transferred to Visa office of home country or to Ottawa is picked up under new pilot project.

Hi Everyone!
My mother is here on a visit visa and we received her papers for her medicals which have been done.( The application status says-application received )
1.What would be the next step.
2. Since she is here and i have applied from here, can she have her landing done while she is here or has she to return to home destination.
Please advice and share any experience please!!
warm regards,

Family reunification is a key factor of Canadian immigration and citizenship. There are a lot of conditions on whom all can be sponsored and the ways for family sponsorship.I suggest you consult an immigration law firm like <advertising references removed> who helps families, individuals and corporations to provide a thorough understanding of immigration policy for any applicant.
