Is this requirement covered under OHIP (Insurance) in ON. Requiremment on IMM form says must report to Public Health authorities within 30 days.
Health card is not issued in ON unless 3 months stay is completed?

You or the person who is immigrating into Canada has been cured of the ailment that you were suffering, prior to admission into Canada. Still there is a condition that you must satisfy and it could also be from time to time. and that requirement is that you report to a CENTRAL Location, which in this case is TORONTO, Canada. The address is given here in the link and also a phone number to contact and get the procedures from them.
These are just formalities and please follow them and KEEP VERY GOOD HEALTH at all times. Protect that individual from Extreme colds and please do not let it re-occur again. (Reccur)

There is a proposal that all immigrants be allowed to get OHIP from the date of landing. If this materialises, then you will also get OHIP on the day you land here. Hope and pray that it goes through. fh.
