By your statement, it looks like, you are devoid of the real facts.
I have personally attended one of his recent rallies, & I can see the difference.
This is probably the first time, India is witnessing such a mass wave, after 1977, when Congress was wiped out due to Jai Prakash Narayan's movement (post emergency days). Now almost everyone is fed-up of Congress, & all their puppets are running for cover.
What I see, is Modi getting over 272 alone, & giving Modi the required mandate on his own. Which is what India needs to reposition itself, for the new world..
By the way, you seem to be more glued to saas-bahu, drama & plotting stuff, keep it up, atleast some entertainment is needed to de-stress yourself..

This is the study carried out in last 2 weeks. I was helped by my journalist friend who works with Financial Express. It was a time once when I used to enjoy the debates on the news channels with current & blushing issues of my country. But within last 2-3 years what I have seen is the polarization of the ideology of Indian Media. Here I have studied few of the people related with leading media channels, newspapers & magazines.
1. Hindustan Times – Shobhna Bhartia, owner and editor-in-chief of Hindustan Times is a Congress MP from Rajya Sabha.
2. Vinod Sharma, HT Political Affairs editor, is essentially a Congress spokesman on all TV panel discussions, because once his boss’ term gets over, he will be looking out for her RS seat next year!
3. Barkha Dutt and Vir Sanghvi, famous Congress stooges (and intermediaries for UPA allies) who were exposed in the Radiagate scandal, and are Congress spokespersons in their capacities as electronic media personalities, are the ones who write opinion and columns most frequently (once every week) on the editorial pages of HT. In return, Barkha and Sanghvi are rewarded with PadmaShrees and other compensation by the Nehru dynasty or Congress party.
4. NDTV’s promoters are Prannoy Roy and Radhika Roy. Radhika’s sister Brinda Karat is a famous CPM leader (well known for anti-Baba Ramdev views) and Brinda’s husband Prakash Karat is the CPM, General Secretary (well known for preferring Congress over BJP). Even if one does not agree that the english news media is heavily inlcined towards Congress and biased against Narendra Modi, we should at least accept the brilliant media strategy of the Congress.
The other day Times Now and Arnab Goswami telecast a three hour poll prediction programme as to who will win the 2014 general elections and the no. of seats that will be won by Congress, BJP, Left etc statewise and finally the national tally.
Throughout the programme they had pasted Modi's photograph along with BJP's lotus symbol, and Sonia's face along with Congress hand symbol. At the outset it may look ordinary. But if we study deep one will recognise how much the media has made a villain out of Modi, but Madam Sonia Gandhi in spite of UPA's, Congress' and her own family's (Bofors/Vadra) ten years of misrule and corruption is still the Holy Mother.

Lol! Dhaikin, you are proving my point. As I said before, there is no way NaMO will be able to assume power. Media has tremendous influence over public opinion. I Lol whenever someone in media hails Vajpayee as a great leader. Vajpayee certainly managed economy well and was not corrupt, at least to the extent which would have been obvious. However, he was a buffoon like Nehru and like Nehru, in quest for recognition by the West and in quest for Noble Prize, he sacrificed the interests of India. He officially recognized that Tibet is part of India and was fooled by Nawaz and Musharraf.
The biggest mistake was that while he was in power, he could not win over media. Kangress and Sonia have a "Chanakya" strategy. They have black mailed media people and they have bribed the press. All media people have got free plots of land and other Govt assistance. Vajpayee and his acolyte Pramod Mahajan were drunkard and womanizer.
In India, there is no unity amongst so called Hindu. It is illusion created by Media and used by Kangress. BJP has failed to grasp difference between a crowd and a group. A crowd is unruly, has no set objective, no defined agenda and certainly no leader. On othe other hand, a Group has all those attributes.
Kangress has won over the group that matter- like Muslim, SC/St (except in UP), Christians, journalists/media people and many other identifiable groups.

This bill will provide a free pass to Muslims and SC/ST to commit any sort of crime and pin blame on victims. Lol! This should provide lots of leverage, especially in villages and smaller towns for Muslims, SC and ST to grab land or rape a Hindu girl and then pin blame on victims! Indian elections are fought at District levels. This bill will seal Modi,s fate forever.

Salient features of The Prevention of Communal and Targeted Violence Bill- PCTV Bill :-
1) Based on the presumption that all Hindus are criminals and rioters. This law can be invoked only against Hindus by minorities. (the bill defines Muslims, Christians etc. as “the minority Group” in (sec 3.e))
2) Merely a complaint will be sufficient to file a FIR and the Hindu against whom the complaint is made will be immediately arrested and assumed guilty UNLESS PROVEN otherwise (In normal criminal procedure, an accused is assumed innocent unless proven guilty);
3) All crimes under this Bill are cognizable and non-bailable [Clause 56 of may 2011 version];
4) It can trigger a new wave of extortion by minority groups against Hindus, the majority of whom are the working and business class. This will have colossal negative repercussions for the Indian economy.
5) Section 129 states that for prosecution of offences under Sec 9 there will be no limitation of time. It means a 'Minority' can reopen all cases against Hindus, all past cases right from 1950 onwards.
6) Under Sec. 42, A minority witness giving false statement before National authority CANNOT be prosecuted for giving FALSE evidence against a Hindu.

This bill will provide a free pass to Muslims and SC/ST to commit any sort of crime and pin blame on victims. Lol! This should provide lots of leverage, especially in villages and smaller towns for Muslims, SC and ST to grab land or rape a Hindu girl and then pin blame on victims! Indian elections are fought at District levels. This bill will seal Modi,s fate forever.

I recently traveled in India extensively in many states ...... and the mood I have seen is many want "CHANGE". Once it goes into people's mind .... it will be very difficult for any ruling party to come back to power. Of course ... still they are in power and will do every possible thing to stay in power. But it is not going to be an easy one for every one. But "CHANGE" card will give an edge to opposition to come to power. For Indo-Canadians, whose hearts are still in India and care there more than Canadian ones, it will be really an interesting elections drama to watch and satisfaction is guaranteed.
