You could try florida or las vegas. That would be 2 very good places to go where you can enjoy as well as be warm.

Hope this helps.

Vegas is not warm in winter, been there twice in Winter.

Are you limiting to travel by road or have open options (even California is not so sweet in March).

Floria / Caribbean are the two places that come to my mind.

To Las vegas, you can get a lot of good deals.
Hope Las vegas might only be around the single digit mark in terms of temperature. For more warm place, try Cuba, Florida, Dominican republic.
Since Vancouver is warm, May be Seattle might also be a cheaper option to you.

I checked historical weather data , that shows vancouver and seattle were still below 15 degree in March . I am thinking to visit Honolulu (Hawai ) , it shows temperature above 20 throughout the year . Let me know about it or any other place were I can spend at least 1 week in warm sunshine with my family.

Dude,
You want to go to Honolulu? For that cost you can plan a trip to India or Turkey or Egypt or Istanbul.
Hawaii is an overrated place. Nothing exiting for Indians but only Native born Americans seem to enjoy that.

Honolulu is far and since it is just a tourist destination (and not commercial/business area), rates are over the roof. Check with the airline fare and see if it is affordable.

Temperature is warm but you will get dead bored. Florida is almost as same as Honolulu but with lower cost of living and cheap air tickets (comparitively)
