I received my SINP approval and At the same time I had sent my passport and my husbands passport to BLS canada. I want to apply for PR now, I have all the documents ready and all I don't have is the copies of my husband passport. The BLS Vancouver take 4-6 weeks of processing. Will CIC refuse my application if I don't submit my husband passport photocopies and just wait till they request for it.
