Hi all,

My parents are planning to visit Canada. But my father name in my passport is different from what he has on his Indian passport. but we have surname in common

ie., name on my passport is Father name: xyz
name on his passport is : xyzabc

He was know by two these names in India.

Please suggest if he needs to correct his passport to have the same name as in my passport? since, I am sponsoring there visitor visa

Submit an affidavit to this effect by your father ... Very painful and needless to change passports ...Authorities are aware of this ....
