I was going through the school listing and found SAI school with impressive ranking. Any inputs, is it difficult to get kids into this school? My kids are going to 1st and 6th grade?

From the Google Street view, it looks more like a daycare centre in a commercial space than a school. Are you sure you want to send your kids to a school, which is devoid of a formal playground? Since, it's an independent school and charges a fee to attend, the rating would always be higher than the Public schools; not necessarily better.

My advise, look for a school that provides an all around development (with a proper playground!); and is located in a residential street. It being in a commercial complex, you don't know what kind of people and patrons do visit the adjoining businesses.

Seriously, I would not send my kids to such a school, even with a top rating. Besides, if you go with this - get ready for a high dose of religious preaching as well, for it is affiliated to the Sathya Sai Trust (I think). Please research and visit the place yourself/personally before taking a plunge.
