Hi Kuwaituser,

Thanks for the reply.

I am in the process of applying right now.Was curious how difficult was it for you to do it yourself-as I am deliberating right now whether to hire a lawyer or do it myself.Had a look at the forms and they seem tricky but easy.

What is your advice?

Two doubts:

1.What exactly they mean by University Transcipts.
2.What are University sealed envelopes.
3.Can we submit the Class Xth certificate instead of the date of birth certificate.

Would appreciate your advice on the above.
Regards

Hi Northwind,

When I applied in 2001, they did not ask for University transcripts or University sealed envelops, so I cannot answer your query. May be someone out there can please answer the above.

Regarding birth certificate, since I did not have my birth certificate with me, my X standard marks card date of birth was used.

Hi Northwind
I am from Abudhabi, has just cleared my medicals, University transscripts are actually the Syllabus which university tought to student in that duration. Some universities have "Printed Syllabus" which can be attached with ur application. X certificate will do the job for birth certificate. Its always better to apply directly. Consultants just act like postman/courrier. I have not seen any benifit of them.
