You will not get the PR card in Airport. For the first time landing people does not need to put a separate application form for PR card.

U can come back and u donot need any PR card to come out of canada. But u need to have the PR card if you want to re enter into canada.

What you need to do is , give your friends address to receive the PR cards and let him courier it to you. Onlyy after receiving the PR cards, u can plan to re enter canada. I came back after being there for one week and my friend has received the PR cards and SIN cards and couriered to me.

You must give an address to the Immigration officer at the time of first landing and they will post your PR cards to that address. If you donot give any address, they may not allow you to enter. (I am sure about this)

You must know where you are going to stay in canada. There are many CD's who will help you in this matter. Try to contact them. I am at present living in duabi and canot help in this matter.
