Children up to12 yrs of age don't hv to pay for commuting in TTC and subway frm March 01. THNKS AND 3 CHEERS TO TTC.

This is a waste of time. Other riders who have increased fares will now how to pay for these snotty kids & subsidise them.
Lot of rich white kids will use this now.
The fares should be according to your Income. Lot of Canadian cities have fares & passes for Low Income citizens, which are cheaper ..TTC doesn't.
A poor desi immigrant who obviously can't afford a car will be wearing his safety shoes & going to his labour job, while paying a high fare..and these useless snotty good to nothing kids will be travelling for FREE ! What nonsense.
Kids need to walk more so that they don't become Obese, & not take Free TTC rides to school ..ha ha
I think we adults need more exercise of walking thn small children upto 12 yrs walking 6-7 kms in -20 to -30 windchill every day plus almost 2 hrs recess in extreme cold weather, don't u think so??. ;-)

i read on ctv that if u register with ttc thn u get monthly pass for $129 instead of $141 + u don't hv to stand in queue.
