However, there are some internal vacancies which CD's can recommend as it has 90% sucess rate. First your resume will be sent to the poster posting it and if he finds it good, then he will recommend to his company.
I got 4 people job like this at my company for $ 10 an hour (2004-2006). That only will add value.

I partially agree with your statement but since when Canadian govt is BRINGING people from abroad . Is there any scheme going around which we are not aware of .
