Folks ,

Can we please avoid going overly personal please ?

Off late it is unavoidable to observe animosities and personal differences showing up their ugly head on CD .....This distresses and upsets the readers and creates a repulsive atmosphere.

I have seen other forums where there s no decorum and there s no fun being on them ..CD has been a platform where we have seen decorum and hence the site has been running successfully after a decade with minimal observations.

Sincere request - if you care for this site and have a sense of association to this site and feel that this site has contributed to you in one way or the other , can you please resist from name calling , getting personal and stop from putting others down . Pllleeasee ...

I would not name anyone since this is more of an introspective question... Please think it over and behave according to your conscience.

I for one would start by apologizing to any one whom I may have responded strongly to in recent past and would be more professional in my posts.

I think it is very important to be civil on this forum and be an objective participant rather than being continually personal , spamming the board and not being considerate to other members.

One might run the risk of being banned from this site or a social isolation ( with other CD s not responding to your posts) and I am sure that s one thing we all wish to avoid.

Please share your thoughts in moderation , without making fun of others and making the discussion interesting / constructive to read for other readers..... That s how the quality of this forum can be maintained.

hmm.....I think I was banned as gopalpai if am not mistaken. Thank u moderators for banning me coz I put my efforts in achieving success and cme back as a successful Canadian. If thy ban me again, I would come back as a successful American. ;-)
