I think you should baby sit her kids for free, so she doesn't have any day care cost & she can work, if she doesn't have a job. Or even if she has a job, her day care cost will be zero.
Also your kids will have GORA friends & will learn some Italian & their kids will learn some desi language & Bollywood films. You should also give them FREE Indian food like Butter Chicken, Samosas, Palak Paneer etc and they can give you FREE Italian food like Lasagna, Pasta, Pizza etc.
Just Don't tell them you got samosas from BRAR @ islington/Albion for 3 for $ 1.00, otherwise they will think you are TOO cheap. Tell them each samosa is $ 1.00, they will believe you, since a slice of Pizza can be $ 3.00.

The good house & car is all just to show off. Desis are the biggest show off, both here & in India. They don't own these houses & cars , as they are NOT paid off. All of them are in HUGE massive debt , mortgage debt, credit card debt, car financing etc.
Anyone can go and get a BMW or Mecerdes they CAN'T even afford over here on lease or financing..its NO big deal. Punjabis are worst when it comes to nonsense like that..& showing OFF
Lot of them declare bankruptcy later on due to all this debt.
I love children and JULY August, I do free babysitting for 15-20 children in the neighbourhood while thy play on our porch and backyard deck and play set. 
blissful time for us. Once I remember cops were passing by and talked to children and smiled and played football with thm for few minutes. children were very happy.

dude....seriously ???? haven't you heard about credit check or something ?? Even if that is possible, let me explain you that there are people murdering other people for money all over the world. So why don't we try that....??? Because some people are quite decent, not to do wrong things in their life.
And also try going to a BMW or Mercedes in India & doing that.

Here I would say Asians are intelligent to invest in properties coz u need a house to stay and mortgage rate is cheaper thn in India /Asia. We r only diverting our rent towards mortgage ppayments. nothing more, nothing less. We r owning our house in the long run.

Haven't you heard of just paying minimum payment on your credit card ? Which is just 3 % of the total balance .
As long as you are paying that minimum payment & don't miss a payment you will have a good credit history . These fools just do that & pay 20 % interest on their credit card..LOL
They also take HELOC on their house & treat their house as a BIG ATM card ..Home Equity Line Of Credit.
Better to drive a fully paid in cash MARUTI in India , than trying to drive a BORROWED & on LOAN , BMW or Mecerdes over ..so Thanks but NO Thanks..don't try going to a BMW or Mecerdes in India.
I know lot of Punjabi women here doing labour jobs & then driving fancy cars so that they can feel good about themselves & show off..LOL..they are living pay check to pay check or in debt..LOL. They are NOT fooling anyone , but themselves. Thanks but NO thanks.

Yes but they are buying houses they can't even afford. See the number of POWER OF SALE properties in GTA & GVR , they are a prime example of that.
If they can afford a Condo, instead of buying that, they buy a detached house they can't even afford with only 5 % downpayment & huge long term amortization. Wait till the interest rate which is at a historic low , goes up by a few basis points , their house of cards is going to collapse soon , as these fools don't even have a FIXED rate MTG , but a Variable rate MTG which is a low as 2.7 % or low.
How long do you think this party is going to continue ? Low down payment & Low Interest Rates are giving them a false assumption they can afford that house, in reality their salaries can't support it ..LOL
Most of the MTG payment they make goes towards the interest & very little goes towards the principal. So they barely have any equity in their house. So if they sell, they will have next to nothing in their hand. Plus they have put their houses as collaterals & borrowed money on it with LOC, HELOC etc...real fools these folks
They don't know how compound interest works & don't know the diff. between 10 yr amortization & 30 yr amortization ( which is now banned in canada )
