Thanks Guptaji.
I tried NZ immigration too. It is similar to Australia's requirements.
So I will wait until Australia opens up the door to Canadian citizens or relocate to Sask (if the need comes) or move to Gulf.
Just want to inform CD members that I am not unhappy in India. I would prefer to be in India where a lot of my good friends are. But due to some family situations / problems, I am looking to move out. This is just as a plan B so that I don't get caught without any options.
Also to Guptaji, there are food banks in Australia. Australia is much more open than Canada to food banks since they donot allow much illegal immigrants so the population using food banks is very less. I have a very close AD (Australian Desi) who said that in the 90's, In MacDonalds, they used to give free milk for infants. This AD also used to receive dole from 2 provinces (through a loop hole). He is now a multi millionaire now but without doing any hard work.

But, cold is demeaning, Sir. It's Hot in Aussie land and NZ'land, besides a good dose of Cricket. Aussie's corrupted English Accent could be ignored.
However, what good would that be if one has to live hand to mouth? Aren't you already a King in India, TK? On the other hand, I can emphasize with TK actually. If were at his place, wouldn't have moved to Canada again. It's cold. Heck of expansive, where it's not, i.e. Vancouver/Victoria.
Australia is not a bad place, if you don't mind starting all over again. I don't know if you may have already exhausted starting again and again. Isn't it frustrating?
Why not choose a quiet and non-polluted city within India itself, where you could enjoy an ambiguous but a high lifestyle? If you want to flee, then do so to the familiar and viable environment, while retaining your professional employ-ability.
Try it, instead of flocking to the food banks all over again and living a deserted life. Once bitten, you should be twice shy.
