Hi
We are planning to visit Boston the Victoria Day weekend .
I know its a 9 hour drive which would be close to 12 after breaks ... Expect to reach there by 9pm.
Was looking for pointers / tips with regards to stopovers , outlet malls , sightseeing in Boston , enroute or surrounding areas .
Much appreciated .

I have been to Boston .
Nice city to visit. Its a city with lot of students..as lot of universities are there.
Just off hand I remeber visiting : Boston Common , Harvard University , MIT , Freedom Trail , Faneuil Hall, Quincy Market,Old City Hall.
Mostly spending time by the Waterfront near Boston Harbour.
Also Saw the Boston Red Sox Stadium ( Fenway Park ) , just from outside..didn't really go in.
Thanks for the cues Adamthorat ( and doubly to HW36 )
I was checking out Freedom Trail and all on Frommers today morning ... They advise to use Public Transit in stead of driving and also recommend a day pass which appears sensible .. They also mention trolleys being used as transit - would you know how convenient that would be with kids ?
Also any good stopovers or outlet malls on the way or a little off route .... I am assuming the drive would be usual cruise - and enjoy type
