Surely the original post is useless for CDs as the OP encouraged other CDs to join whereas she was not sure about the catch herself and had not read carefully ....

I still don't think my post is scam. Perhaps I should try my luck instead of arguing with negative thinking people here. There are some people who wil post aftr the date is over so that, thy don't hv competition. I still feel that houston property is real but am not sure about the inn. The people who believe everything is scam or fraud are the people who are afraid to tke risk in life. If i get good deals I will tke my chances again coz if I doubt everybdy as scam or fraud then, I would never do anything in
life but sit and criticize others. Those who wanna do that are welcome to it. I m sure few of us wil tke risk with $125-150 to own a house even if it's like lottery.

Since, you quoted me, I must thank you for keeping me in your thoughts. Actually, I am currently quite taken up by my house selling and hunting for another one at the same time. I don't think, I either have an acumen, time, or money to invest at this moment. May be in the future, once I am a bit settled in my potential home, and May God willing have some spare cash at my disposal. Looking at the local house prices (damn thing shooting up every week, thanks to the humble Desi/Chinese Realtors), I don't think I will ever have a spare money to invest. Even if I would ever have one, I'd love to do it at some place closer to me in BC itself or across the border in Washington State.
I will still have a look, notwithstanding the interesting debate here.

I told you all, it's worth investing now but in another 2-3 yrs, u will only dream of owning house in Toronto and it will be beyond ur reach.

here is another new project in Brampton which everybody is crazily investing. Surrounding houses are $800k. This new project is 550k. I shall post more details if anybody is interested. U have to have $60k initial investment money ready and good mortgage manager.
