You seem to know the right times. Your timing has been accurate. Where ever you enter you see the booming up in Real Estate. Hope it will work many more times. But stick to the HIGH GROUNDS.
It is the severity that is hurting all of us, even in Canada, whether it be rains or it be Snow or the Storms that go with it. They all start some place down south, and it is close to the GULF and the Caribbean Seas.
Yet they will construct similar and identical homes once again. They do not build them to withstand the
onslaught of the nature. They open up a trailer camp and the next year or sooner the storm just washes it away? Is it Construction for Destruction?
You are smart as a whip. You will do even better. Stay SHARP.

Did you say BOOM? Yes you are right. They all come in a sequence.
The first BOOM was when the clouds rolled in. Thunder and the lightning preceding the Boom. Then the rains came in and it was steady for the first THREE days. The rivers ran in spate. It peaked at 43 feet and went over the banks by a dozen feet. All of the homes got carried into the river and a few simply lost its foundations. That was a catastrophe. They are still looking for a few bodies and the dead.
Now most of these people will move to higher grounds. The insurance will pay for their losses. A lot of homes will hit the block (Auction Block that is.) and it is the RIGHT time to buy a whole lot of properties for a SONG.
Now you also know where the NEXT BOOM IS!!
