U have to work towards the same page boss. We can afford 2 cars, still we have one RAV4 and another is lying idle in driveway (corolla 2002). We enjoy walking to school coz it keeps u healthy. From Jan- Mar, get a taxi which cost 5-8 if it's too cold to walk. I just love travelling by ttc and subway.

secondly, Investment in right area pays off. We earn $1000 on 2 condos and $1300-1400 frm our basement apartment so, our mortgage is paid off including utilities, property tax and insurance.
