I am fine with the Kerala health care system. Have used it once and I have taken some labourers to the system. It is working fine. Registration was Rs. 20 or so. ECG was Rs. 10. Injection and tablete were free. For my cousin, they put 3 stiches for free and we were out of the Govt. Hospital in 30 mins..

Not sure about the TN medical system.

I am reforming my Govt. Engineering college in Tamil Nadu. Everyday I am writing 10 letters to the college management, President of India, Smriti Irani, MHRD etc.. Interestingly the college management has not responded to even one of my mail. I may think the RTI route soon.

One of the Professors of this college (60 years) is jealous of a 48 year old management professor who got Distingushed Professor post by means of false paper. So this older professor is backing me. The 48 year old Management professor had gone to the UK to do "duty" to one Edinburgh university. I have written to that university saying that the 48 year old Management professor is under investigation and they should never use him again in their univesity. I also encouraged them to write to UK immigration to cancel his visa. process in ongoing.

In a similar way, one of my professor in that college is a drug addict injecting Heroin. He has not been investigated. I have written to the Govt. college management to send him for rehab and also discipline him. No response from them even after 10 months.
