Yeah take any entry level job in IT and you can move up. mostly Indians and Chinese in IT.
Whatever little white people are in IT are mostly Russians, Ukrainians etc, not really Goras per se, but they are blonde and have blue eyes and have White skin, so you can call them Goras if you want.
Goras are stupid they know nothing about IT, mathematics etc, so one of the few fields where Desis can easily fool them. BTW even in IT your manager will be White, but the peopke working under him will be Desis. The desis will actually do the technical work, but the gora will be his master.
Slave mentality ..he he .. Desis in IT are software coolies BTW, very cheap people. TK will telk you All about them..he he.

I actually tend to agree with Adam's posts on IT. These are my experiences in Canada and wonder of wonders, when I talked to some of my batch mates who work in USA, they tell me the same.
So for sure, it is atleast 80% in Canada and may be 50% in USA.
You go to black berry and see who is in the IT division.
EVen in Barclays, New york and citi bank NY, it is still the same. The VP/ Directors will be Gora's. They head the IT division but they donot have education in IT. More like MBA and the like to manage teams.
Anyways, we have seen the 50% and San Hugo has seen the other 50%. So both may be right, in their own way.
