CME is actually CNE

Canadian National Exhibition.

Very crowded, very hot and sweaty. May be it may be better if you go with kids as they have games to enjoy but the crowd kills the fun.

In the past, I have gone on Helicopter rides ($ 30), got a free polaroid picture along with a clown and got some free sample small drinks.

But for Torontotonias, this may be one of the few fun times that one can enjoy with family. So go ahead.

We just completed a onam pagentry (Similar to Santaclaus parade).

I visited with children yesterday. It mde me remember woodbine mall / Disneyland (smaller way). Just a family fun. Thnk God, it was not so crowded In the aftrnoon (perhaps due to working day) or perhaps coz they are charging $18 for admission (adults) and children $15. Still wondering why are thy charging us for admission? In side, we end up paying heavily for everything ride, food. Pizza slice $4, French fries, chips for $5. Everything except admission and rides is cash.

Overall enjoyed since my daughter loves rides ( which were upto age 10) and games. There were farm animals like sheep, cow, horses pigs, n few other animals.Another thing is as why are thy calling it exhibition? :(

There is whole food court further inside ( we didn't visit) sponsored by Toronto star and few activities like art and face paintings etc but u hv to walk 15-20 mts. Even some sale and casinos. We saw lots of crowd (big big queue) while we were leaving. Anyways there are few free rides like small trains if u are unable to walk for 6-8 hrs
