Hi, I am going to buy a home in Canada. I am little confused about this. Which will be the better place to live Toronto or Mississauga. I don't know much about these areas, I have my friends and relatives in both places so whatever may be the decision I will be happy about that. So please suggest me the best option, also tell me about some real estate professionals in Mississauga and Toronto, then it will be more easy to find a place as on my choice.
Toronto will be costly and you live with Gora's, jews and the like.
Mississauga is relatively much cheaper and you get to live with Indians, Blacks, ME people and 1/2 Gora's.
Pick your choice.

Live near where your job is. Do not plan to spend 4 hours on roads daily.
Toronto and Mississauga both the cities are equally good but on various parameters. It depends more on your living requirements, budget, credit history, job situation and future aspirations. If you are ok , you can use my RE professional with whom I have done 7 RE transactions till now, without any hitch. He recently helped me in selling my Condo which was difficult prospect to sell in current market situation. PM me your email Id.
Btw, availability of houses and buying approach is little different in start of winter, during winter, start of summer and during peak of summer. are you first time home buyer ?

To the OP:
Before anyone can give you any meaningful opinion or advice, we need to know your current situation.
If you are from the Royal family, the whole of Canada may not be 'better' for you.
If you are penniless, jobless, skilless (if that's a word), everything is better.
What is your background? What is your profession? Are you PR or citizen? Do you have job? Do you have family? What are your preferences/criteria for a place to live happy?
With no information, we will all be shooting in the dark, you might as well read Wikipedia for information.
Good luck.
Hiren
Live somewhere near the walking distance to the GO Train station, with direct route to the Union. Best of both worlds.
Mount Pleasant in-fact is the name of nearby go station :-)
