I along with my family landed in Toronto on Aug 2nd. Currently staying in Scarborough. I faced lot of hardship in admitting my son - who had done +2 in India- in an university here, as the application deadline has expired by April 2004. Since he has secured good marks, and with our stubborn visits, he got admitted in University of Toronto that too in the field he is interested in - Mechanical engg.
Now - i am renting a car from Avis and they charge $450/- PER WEEK. Could any one help me how to rent a car economically? ( I need a car as I have to admit my daughter in a Teaching diploma course, son in a school - and i am planning to get my "G" driving license.
