Solving a problem starts at identifying it specifically and not generalizing it .
The OP used term a particular community ... I translated that to Somali Muslims .. I bet you are not Somali but a Muslim - despite that you took offense ... I don't know why ?
Do you disagree that Muslims have the highest population growth as is manifested by their religion and this can bleed the welfare besides increasing crime rates .
Being educated and responsible parents is a very important thing.
Though unrelated (but since you have mentioned it ) Have you ever asked yourself - ( If you feel so ) , why are Muslims being singled out ??? What is the root cause and how you can eradicate that so that a clear assimilation in the society is possible ???

Why does every single post on CD have to land up being about Hindu & Muslim. The OP has shared some information, if it's not of any use to you, just pass on, but please don't circulate hatred about about religion or community.
CD has members from various religions and communities. Don't judge a particular religion / community based on a few individuals. One thing that I've learned is all religions teach you to love and respect irrespective or caste, creed and color. We should make a sincere effort to do that.
