Friends,
Any insight into the best (and economical) option to buy a 2 in 1 PC ? Din main laptop raat main tablet kind !
My restrictions - Budget is upto 900 plus taxes. Screen size between 10-12.3' not larger. Not required immediately but planning to buy one in a month or 2 time. Would like to use some unused gift cards of best buy.
Till now my search tilts towards MS Surface 3 Pro ( I am aware that Pro 4 is out ). Any experience with surface/surface pro ? Any other tablet cum laptop to be considered ?
Or will it be complete waste to buy a convertible ?
All insights, links to deals and personal experiences welcome.

Lenovo is a very good build.
In general, laptop deals are hard to come by and most brands are offering a million variations on ram, HD, screen, video card and the CPU. Intel doesn't make it easier with a million processor models in circulation
Good luck.

I use CPU benchmark site to compare different CPUs since Intel has come up with so many different CPUs and comparing it with AMD is quite difficult as well. https://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu_list.php
It would be helpful for others to suggest something if they know what you intend to use it for, browsing, gaming, streaming, Microsoft Office, etc.

Could anyone suggest good light weight and small screen size basic laptop for kid please?
Basic purpose for laptop is just carrying at school and doing school work, browsing internet, check e-mails, etc. no gaming, no heavy use..
