Dear Garvo,

Your three hours of hard work has given an eye opening exposure to growing Canadian Desi family. Finding myself on the clippings was a surprise. But for sure this effort of yours and Canadian Desi community will encourage visitors and passive participants to change there status from being passive to ACTIVE.
More people will try to establish themselves as fellow members of this community.

When I was creating these clips, I came across an Idea of creating a section called "Success Stories" and the quotes (both text and video clips) from successful desi members can be published. For example Manjeet and Moinuddin Tanwar's stories would be of interest to anyone.

To do that we need a good editor and/or report writer. Manan, Can you do that?

Later on we keep adding more and more video clips. It can be enhanced in the form of special interviews (instead of having quote from public meetings).

This will help us to show POSITIVE picture of desis. (Sorry Chandresh is not allowed in this discussion )

Great idea GG,

The video clips were great , it helped all those like me who could not attend to get a good feel of the event.

The idea of a section success stories is excellent , it will help all those feeling hopeless ,to learn from the sufferings of others who have been thru this before them.

I would like to volunteer as well to create a section on success stories . there are hundreds of different perspectives and valuebale lessons learned in everyones life , and it will be great if we can share it in a dedicated section .

One such story is of my cousin who was down to his last $300 5 years back and now he is a with a large management consultant, and he is very happy that he gave his 100% in settling here here and never looked at the easy way out of returning back.

But these are individual success stories, the biggest success story of all is the story of Canadiandesi, and the way we are going , and growng the best days are ahead of us.
