If two occupants is the requirements as maximum occupants for a one bedroom Condo, then can a dependent child under 18 yrs legally live with them?
There is no clarity in regards to kids living with two adult occupants.
The Ontario bylaws (or/and Condo bylaws) don't specify anything clearly.
Please advise.

Yes they can. They will need to be left out of the lease agreement.
In older apartments, no one really cares on how many people stay.
