Hi,

I completed my medicals on March 2004. My agent had asked me to submit my passport to the CHC even before they ask for it so as to save time. I did submit my passport to the CHC (thru the agent ofcourse). Is there anything wrong inthis ? please lemme know. I would also like to know when I will get my passport back. (approx timeframe)

I am also sailing in the same boat as i have also undergone medicals and submitted the passport to cic newdelhi & still no reply.

Hi Mickey,

Just to give you an insight, let me tell you my case.
My medical was done on March, 04. After the medicals, i also submitted my passport to Embassy in New Delhi myself. After a month ( around May starting) i got my passport back with the visa.

So dont worry... if your medical is fine, soon you will be getting your passport back with the golden stamp,

I completed my medicals in march 2004 and after one month I recieved a letter stating an additional test of my kid. does this additional delaying my visa or itmay be due to anything else?
Still waiting from march

Hi Guys,

Yesterday I posted my query....today I got info from my agents that the CHC has issued my landing papers. :-)

My medicals expire in March 2005. So I guess now it's up to me to decide when to fly....right ?
