Can anyone out there guide on potential areas, developing faster than areas in and around Toronto
I intend to explore areas which has potential to develop faster for small business like corner shop or any other similar venture.

Milton is growing fast , Bramptons city plan has its population doubling in the next coupld of decades

I guess Mississauga is the best town in the GTA. Mississauga is the safest city in Canada. The traffic flow in mississauga is great. Smooth traffic on the roads. The roads are wider to about 2 - 3 lanes. If you go to Scarborough or Markham, you will find many black people (with respect) with guns and knifes on the streets. Scarborough and Markham and York are all gang dominated areas. You can walk safely on the streets in mississauga anytime of the night or day. There are many indian stores and its not Desi dominated like Brampton. Mississauga has all cultures to offer to its people. Since we come from India, why do we want to live beside Indians only. Why not explore a different environment for a change.
