If you have a American, British or a Canadian passport your salary is definitely way above the rest. The economy in Kuwait is currently doing very well with the opening up of Iraq. There are lots of projects which are contracted to American and Canadian companies.

Indian education is known to be competitive and tough, you don’t have to take my words for it, check the Survey of Wall Street, D & B, Waterhouse you name it. CBS news have 60 min documentary for the same.
I would seriously raise question on one ability to get admission on NRI seat and compete the Indian student. You talking about cost, that’s price you pay to be a NRI sir, no offense to you. Cost is everywhere high for medical school you pay about 2,50,000 USD for medicine in USA or CANADA.
If you talking about Medicine, The Indian doctors are best in the world, We do Bypass surgery on beating heart, Use only Arteries for Grafts, Cataracts are done on hourly basis & Patients discharged in 2 Hrs, Oncolology Surgery is don’t as Book Picture Presentation, The list is endless…. No doubt Indian education system is great and competitive.
I agree there is corruption but not in Schools or collage as you describing. You pay the price for skills you get as NRI, I don’t agree that you have choose to come Canada due to Indian education system, if that’s based on just “CURRUPTION”. You simply cannot say that, my conclusion was it was just overstated.

Your Daughter PR/Citizenship is independent of you if she is more than 18 years of age.For keeping your PR you have to stay 2 years out of 5 years period in Canada.
So, in my opinion your plan are OK from all angles.
