I moved to a new apartment, and my address has changed from the time I submitted my application in Feb' 2004. I faxed in the Address Change form with the new address to Buffalo Consultae about a month ago. How would I verify that they have obtained my fax and changed the address to the new one. I do not want my documents to go to the old address. I checked the CIC site and it still shows old address.
1. Do you advice me to re fax it or send it through mail second time?
2. Could I change the address on CIC website?..... I live in Kansas City (USA) though?

It is better if u send a mail to Buffalo.
I had the same problem with Buffalo. After notifying them also, after 4 months,they sent the letter regarding the transfer of file for interview to the old address which was forwarded by USPS to the new address. Then I requested LA to update it and finally they did it.

the online e-client service is not an accurate reflection of your status and info. If you are worried send another fax to CHC. it is very frustrating at times but keep trying.

The same happened to me. They sent my documents to the old address although I sent them fax, letter on time letting them know about the address change. They updated the e-client web site with correct address but sent the important document to the old address. Unfortunately the USPS forwarding did not work and the letter was returned to CIC Buffalo. Then after 2/3 months (!!!) they called me and left a message. I called them at the number they left, the rude woman at CIC at the other end argued that they did not receive my fax or letter (complete lie). I told her that they updated their web site with correct address (that means they got my letter/fax) but the woman told me that she does not have time to urgue with me....She asked me to send CIC fax with correct address. I sent them the fax immediately...Then they resent me the document after another 3 months!!! believe me or not...
