Hi,
I wasn't expecting the complexity which i have faced during the process of my immigration. My wife is in canada since last 11months and we are still waiting the hearing date from IAD, as i was refused after the interview in Islamabad, Pakistan. Actually i wanted to know the success rate of appeal decisions. we are legally married couple, just there is a little mistake in our marriage certificate that become a big issue for them and that is marital status of my wife, and it is written Maiden although she was devorced.
I have made another mistake at the time of my interview I have given the supportive statements towards my marriage certificate in black and white. we wanted to hide this fact due some social problems and also not to discuss the bad episode of her life ever again.
Please guide me and give your valuable advices, I appreciate your cooperation.
regards.
If you don't have a lawyer, you should hire one. Lying or hiding facts from immigration is not something you should take lightly.
