Hi,

I have been driving a car in India for more than 3 yrs. now but the problem is the car is in my dad's name & insurance naturally is in his name.

Hence insurance company is refusing to issue NO CLAIM certificate even though there has actually been no claim on it. However I do have a 2 wheeler in my name for which they are willing to issue NO CLAIM certificate.

Is it okay? Will it help?
