I would like to humbly suggest that give a dedicated coloumn for "Ask Property Expert " like " Ask Immigration Expert" -
Property issues like Rent/lease type/puchase be assigned same ex Amit Kalia.

I do not know Mr Kalia but his posts are quite informative and practical.
In my opinion this could be a business opportunity for Canadian Desi. i.e. let him have a seperate page and any sales generated for Mr. Kali from this forum, Mr. Kalia shares same for Canadian desi business development, besides sharing actual experience on canadian desi... .
Just an idea ....
