Dear Sir,

This is Pradeep Rayapudi from Toronto.I came to Canada as Permenant Resident status.I got PR status while i had single from Berlin,Germany.After Confirmation PR i got married (4 days before coming to Canada) from india .Before coming to the Canada i had send the Fax to Canadian Embassy,Berlin.Becoz of Visa Expiry i'm not wait for Embassy confirmation.After Landing into Canada at time of board of entry i told that Immigration Officer i got married from india,I had send Fax to Canadian Embassy,Berlin but not yet received any confirmation before coming to Canada.

After that Immigration Officer Seal my Passport because My wife information not included into my application Form and she is not Examined.Immigration Officer Given two Options
1.I have go back to india resubmit application with my wife's information.
2.Wait from Immigration Court hearing.Not Yet given hearing Date.

I choose second Option.Before Court hearing what should i do get back my status Back.

you might as well wait until the hearing is over. if that is unsuccessful, u'll have no choice but to go back and apply [with wife included].

i think u may be successful at the hearing because u did not hide the fact of your marriage upon landing. i hope u have proof of the fax.

anyway, i'm sure your lawyer will advise u further and guide you.
