Submitted new IRPA forms in Jan 2004
Got waiver in May 2004
Medical on 24th May 2004
Sent passports on 28th May 2004
Got visa on 21st August 2004
My husband's passport did not have date of birth in it so CHC Delhi asked for a new passport which we sent on 8th July.
All those who have submitted medicals and awaiting visa, please check the date of expiry of passports for all family members. If passport is expiring before the medical validity, CHC will give visa validity only till passport validity date. My daughter's passport is expiring on 11th Oct 2004 and our visa is valid only till 11th Oct 2004 though the medical is valid till 24th May 2005

We are landing in Toronto in the first week of October.

The process time of yours and mine is almost same.

I too got interview waiver and medicals on may 11th.

But, i have submitted my passport on 23 rd august, as getting pcc from malaysia has ben delayed.

and i am waiting for the visa

I would like to know what IRPA forms you have submitted in details.

I am an Indian applied on April 2001 from Paris-France embassy.

On August 2004 received letter stating interview had been scheduled on 14 Oct 2004 and they also mentioned that If you do not qualify under the immigration act your application will then be assessed under IRPA and vice versa.

They have asked regarding following documents also.
1)Originals of Educationsal certificates and diplomas
2) Originals of Work cerificates and other document proving your work experience.
3) Recently issued bank statement
4) Past 6 months statement in which salary is deposited.
5) 3 most recent pay slips.
6) Photo work place
7) Work contract.

could you guide me what exactly they are going to access. Also guide me how could i get france visa.

From where you have applied for PR.

We submitted the IRPA forms which are available on the net. No other supporting documents were asked by CHC Delhi except for forms and IELTS report
