Hello GG,
Recently BL posted a message that asked users to avoid "SPAMMING" on the "Ask Immigration Expert" part of the forum. I can suggest a small scheme wherein users can follow up their conversation with Mr Masood or follow up with different users in a different (relevant) part of the forum.
You have a similar arrangement in the "Jobs" part of the forum namely, "wanted" and "posted"...
1.) Suppose I start posting on the "AIE" forum, only Mr Masood and I should have the ability to reply or follow up the discussion. Ppl can however view it. It should be akin to a locked thread, but in which the original poster and Mr Masood should be able to carry on the dialog.
2.) Suppose if someone, other than us, wants to respond to the POST by pressing "New Reply/Quote" in AIE, then he/she should be directed to a relevant part of
"Independent Category, BUsiness class etc.,". Of cos, before doing this, the original post should be labelled BY ME as "IC, BC, FC, etc.". A simple dialog box can be used to remember the nature of the post. This will help in redirecting users who wish to respond, but are not part of the original posting sequence.
You can call sub-sections within these sections as
"Response to posts in AIE". The thread URL can also be automatically included. Each sections "IC, FC, BC, etc." should have this sub-section.
I feel, this can help
1.) remove the clutter
2.) make life easier for Mr. Masood &
3.) Keep the Mods happy

This is a good suggestion. However it does involve quite a bit of coding. I will see what I can, but chances are very thin to do it soon.
Till then BL is doing good job warning people from using AIE forum just for posting their own comments.
On the other side, many of the posters are posting questions already asked and answered by Massood. There are also many posts in the AIE, which are ofcourse immigration related but can be answered by any body who has already landed. In both the cases Massood do not need to answer but anybody from the forum can answer. It is upto the poster to rely on any of the reply.
What do you say?

Yes, I too feel tempted to answer many such questions..but woh kahawat hai na
"Laaton ke bhoot baaton se nahin maante"... We, afterall, share the same human impulsive nature !
Its simply unprofessional to ignore BL's request. I dont want to be at the receiving end for any mistakes that I may make.. Immigration Advice is not in my domain
Many new users may not be aware of BL's post and generally would go ahead and post on that part of the forum. Regular members of the forum are aware of that. Sometimes I want to type
"..GUyz..this site is reserved for Mr. Masood.."..BUt doing that also is, IMO, a waste as it would clutter up the thread. Hence, I avoid that.
Mr. Massood is a professional and he ignores such clutter. However, we should not take advantage of his professionalism..Afterall,
"Using a thing is good, Mis-using it is very bad"
I agree with BL that he should have an exclusive forum for himself, similar to a doctor+patient ..
Even after some user replies to a post, the original thread creator awaits a response from Mr. Massood !
