hello!
I made lime pickle but unfortunately forgot to put sugar and now it tastes very sour so can anyone suggest me what can I do as the pickle is already 2 weeks old now.

this posting is cool, what i would do i put sugar, 
Try putting 2 weeks old sugar , that will give the nearest taste to the original recipee !
Jokes apart , Try using caramelised sugar. crystal sugar might not disolve well.

.Reminds me of this one time in the U.S. when we were 4 bachelors living in an apt. in New Jersey. We invited over a couple once (newlyweds who were common friends of all). Very enthusiastically made Pau Bhaji. When we tasted the finished product we realized something was missing, but nobody could figure out what..., so we decided to leave it that way.
Anyways, the guy and his wife start having the Pav Bhaji. He tasted it first and started giving us wierd looks, but it was clear he could not make out what was missing. His wife tried it and right away asked us "Did you guys put potatoes it in or not?"
