Hi , I dont know anything about CSR [ customer service representive ] can anybody explain me in detail about [1] duties & responsibility of the post [2] qualification required [3] experience required ??????? [4] what is min./max salary [5] any new comer can get this job without experience [6] what preparation should do to get this job.

You don't have to targe CSR if you have not done that before. Why don't you choose something that you have worked on the job in the past. To me CSR is not a rocket scinetist job but you definitley have to be exposed to working in a office in the past

I think it should be between 8 to 12 per hr.
