I have tried madeup roti and paranthas from indian groceries but when i try to warm them up on the tawa it ends up like papad all burned what to do to make it eatable, have also tried microvave it smells
Aha! Finally a question for an ex-bachelor with a lot of experience.
Suggestion 1
--------------
I find that the secret is not to make the tawa too hot. Keep it on low and press on the roti or the paratha for about a minute. Then turn it over and do more of the same.
It takes more time but the Rotis or parathas come out good.
Suggestion 2
--------------
Try to find some lady in your area who does catering and stuff. Nowadays, there are a lot of women who make fresh rotis regularly and sell them. You can put them in a toaster oven for about a minute and they're perfect.
Much better than the frozen option.
