its a posh area

"Ever dance with the devil in the pale moon light?"
"I always ask that of all my prey."
"I just like the sound of it."
You should consider the following things:
If you do not have a car, it is better to settle somewhere where you have subway access. Only problem with this is most of the areas where you have subway access comes under central toronto and house rent is normally a bit higher than other areas if you live near subway.
Stay away from places like Jane and Finch, weston rd. etc. where the crime rate is high.
And the best suggestion.. is to stay near your work!
If you are a bachelor/single then the best place to live in toronto is downtown where all the action is...
enjoy!!
Yup I am aware of the advantages of getting a place near a subway station, but what I want your opinions on is this...
I have come to understand that even though most schools are under Toronto Education Board the quality of education varies signficantly from area to area.
Excluding Rent/Maintience Charges which localty has got the best schools, cause to me that is the most important thing.
I also wanted to check with you, does the OAC (Canadian High Graduates) holder generally find it easier to get into Ivy League Colleges in US or do they also have to give like the rest of the ppl SAT I and SAT II
Your advice in this matter would be greatly appreciated
Cheers mates
