I have applied for permanent resident visa from the New Delhi office. My form has been returned twice and the reason cited is that I have sent the incorrect amount of fee in the bank draft.
To the best of my knowledge I have sent the correct amount. This includes myself (pirncipal applicant) and my two minor daughters. I have categorically mentioned that my husband is not part of the application and hence no payment is being made for him. We have also given an affidavit that he is not applying for the visa in this application and will do so in his own merit separately, when he is ready to immigrate to Canada.
The amount that I have made a bank draft is Rs 29,400. This includes fee for principal applicant (myself) (Rs 19000) and two minor daughters (Rs 5200x2=Rs 10400). The total adds up to Rs 29400. This is a very confusing situation and the CIC is not telling clearly what amount should be paid. They have sent me the fee shedule and it tallies perfectly with the amount I have sent. Please advise. I want to resubmit my form asap.
Hi
I have freind who applied for canada PR recently in delhi. He did not include his girl child & clearly states that she will not accompany her. But CHC simply return the application. He has to pay for her child also then only they accept it.
In ur case better send money for ur spouse also. After all it is only 15k amount only. ( Thorugh main problem will be that even he did not accoampy u,his medical have to clear to enable u & ur girls to went to canada.) But then this is 3 years later problem. May by that time things changes on ur end.
May be he agree to go with u. Or may be u chaps part ways. In second case u can send the same info to the CHC. BUt atleast now get in line..

hi cool man. I am nobody to suggest what to do on important family issues. Just suggestion & guidance as how to get in long line. It is too torturous to keep on waiting. She has already send two times her application & it seems already lost 6 months time.
U come to Canada during better time, so not knowing the waiting time issues. Cool ur self.

Aren't you tripping over yourself? How in hell are you assuming that there is something wrong between the spouses here?? I find that quite weird!!
