Is it true that Airport Officials are more lenient in giving TN Visa than getting it by Land? If not then which Border is better to obtain for TN Visa for Toronto area?
Niagara Falls, Fort Erie, Windsor or all are same.
Any replies will be appreciated?
It is not the border crossing but it depends on the immigration officer. Therefore, land or the airport does not matter. You just have to go very early to the airport, in case you are planning on getting the TN status prior to your flight.
Toronto airport and Niagara falls have a good reputation, that's what I have heard. But do not have any personal experience for these POEs.

I am going to apply my first TN1 VISA at Ottawa airport on Sunday. Could you please let me know the open time of POE on Sunday or the best time to apply TNI VISA? Thanks a lot

Thanks a lot.

I worked in USA on H1b visa(got three from three different companies) 5 years back. I am an MBA and worked with top companies in USA and canada on various title from data architect, sr. system analyst, analyst programmer etc. According to education evaluation(done in 2000) I am equivalent to bachelor from usa university emphasis in computer science. Now I added 8 years of experience as( 3years experience equivalent to 1 year university I found this on some other website). So now I should be equivalent to post graduate.
Planning to get education evaluation for TN1 visa for Computer System Analyst(approxmaite cost US1000 by expert).
How much is my chances to get TN1 Computer System Analyst? Please share your experience.
